On July 16, 2018, the Science and Technology Department of Shandong Province launched the online preliminary selection results of the 7th China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition (Shandong Division) and the 2018 Shandong Small and Medium Enterprises Innovation Sports Action Plan and the enterprises (teams) that determined to enter the on-site promotion stage. Publicity, Jinan Huaqing Agricultural Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. of our county was successfully promoted and listed as a new enterprise group in the field of modern agriculture. This is the first time that our county enterprise has participated in the provincial-level small and medium-sized enterprise innovation competition. According to the public list, there are 151 enterprises participating in the innovation and competitive action in the modern agricultural field, among which 88 enterprises have been promoted, and Jinan Huaqing Agricultural Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. has successfully advanced to the rank of 83 with 83 points.
The 7th China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition (Shandong Division) and the 2018 Shandong Small and Medium Enterprises Innovation Sports Action Plan were jointly organized by the Shandong Provincial Department of Science and Technology, the Provincial Finance Department, the People's Bank of China Jinan Branch, the Shandong Banking Regulatory Bureau, and the Provincial Intellectual Property Office. It mainly focuses on the innovation and development of small and medium-sized enterprises in science and technology, promotes scientific and technological innovation through institutional innovation, continuously explores scientific and technological innovation evaluation and project selection model that conforms to the law of innovation, and establishes institutional mechanisms that rely on innovation to cultivate high-quality new kinetic energy to stimulate the innovation and vitality of small and medium-sized enterprises. We will enhance the innovation participation and innovation effectiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises, and vigorously cultivate small and medium-sized enterprises with strong innovation ability, high growth and independent intellectual property rights, and establish a model for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.
