According to the requirements of the "Notice on Holding the First "Entrepreneurship in Qilu · Win-Win Future" High-level Talent Entrepreneurship Competition", the first "Entrepreneurship in Qilu · Win-win Future" high-level talent entrepreneurship competition has gone through three stages: preliminary registration, qualification review, and preliminary online evaluation. A total of 264 companies and teams entered the field finals, including 178 candidates for entrepreneurial enterprises and 86 candidates for entrepreneurial teams.

The winners of the Entrepreneurial Team category will be qualified as candidates for leading talents in the category of Taishan Industrial Technology Entrepreneurship. Candidates should register and establish enterprises in Shandong within one year after the competition, and meet the basic conditions for leading talents in Taishan Industrial Technology Entrepreneurship category, such as being the main founder of a start-up company and the largest shareholder, and the shareholding ratio is generally not less than 30% of the total shares. Those who can directly enter the inspection scope of leading talents in Taishan industrial science and technology entrepreneurship category, and after on-site inspection and publicity, they will be announced as leading talents in Taishan industrial science and technology entrepreneurship category and enjoy relevant treatment.
